We need to save these places so everybody can enjoy them after we gone. Our kids, the grandkids, their kids, and on and on, and if we don’t do something about this now, we gonna be really sorry in the future.

There are not so many places like Elbrus or any of the Seven Summits in the world that are incredible, and once we lose it and it’s gone, that’s it. We will never be able to bring it back like it was. Our kids’ kids will never be visiting these magnificent places and climbing these beautiful mountains.

It’s sad to say, but it’s not gonna be like we see it now for long if we keep going with the pace that we are and overlooking the most important problems. It is critically important to not only take from the mountains, but also to help them stay what they are for us. They give us everything we dream about. They allow us to live our favourite lives, watch these beautiful sunrises and susets, breath fresh mountain air, drink clean water. They give us freedom. They help us to find ourselves. They are like our parents. We have to protect them and give back. Otherwise we’ll lose it. We think it’s important, and that is, to always remember about that and take action.

The are places like this, like Mount Elbrus, that we can still have, to come here, and climb one these incredible peaks, stay here away from the noise and pollution of the cities, be who we are doing what we truly love, and watch this beauty and the wild life. We won’t be able to find too many places like this in the world very soon already. We kill our Planet and environment, and we think we’ll do something about this tomorrow. But tomorrow is too late already. Our future is still in our hands and we have only one last chance to NOT to lose it.

OUR MISSION

The RMH Planet Elbrus Foundation’s primary mission is very simple: We clean our home — Mount Elbrus of garbage, which every year become more and more on the mountain due to the flow of tourists. We fight against illegal deforestation and the illegal construction of hotels in the Elbrus National Park. We help small kids in hospitals and orphanages of our region to cope with serious illnesses and costly operations, which sometimes settle the question of life and death. These 3 things is the core focus of our foundation. Today, Russian Mountain Holidays (RMH Elbrus Guides) is not just an ordinary Mount Elbrus guiding company, but one of the world’s most recognizable brands in the Seven Summits guiding industry. We believe we can make an impact. We believe that the world’s climbing communities can come together to make a change.

To Protect the Elbrus Environment

If we could, we would keep Elbrus secret, but of course, it’s impossible. Mount Elbrus is one of the Seven Summits and one of the most beutiful mountains in the world, and every year, thousands of climbers come to Elbrus in the summer season to conquer the peak, and tens of thousands of people come here in the winter ski season. That many people pollute the mountain with incredible speed, at the same time, pushing local «entrepreneurs» to illegally build up the National Park with new hotels and build new cable cars more and more. It kills our home. The place where we grew up, live and work. Someone has to stop it before it’s too late.

Every year, RMH Planet Elbrus Foundation allocates 2% of all sales on the organization of volunteer events for cleaning and lowering garbage down the mountain. We work together with the Elbrus National Park, federal television, and different mass media channels, to support environmental programs that are so critically needed now.

To Help Small Kids

Helping small kids with serious illnesses for costly surgeries that sometimes decide the fate of the child, and which sometimes parents can not afford to pay on time, and helping small kids left without parents in orphanages, is something that we have to do just as humans. If we have the opportunity to help, we must do so. Our kids is our everything. The whole point of living is in them. They are our future. We should always remember about this and don’t stand aside just becuase they not our blood children.

Every year RMH Planet Elbrus Foundation donates 1% of total sales to charity to small kids in our region who need urgent surgical intervention and expensive treatment, and allocates funds for children in orphanages. Money goes first to those who need it vitally.
